May 12, 2011 - Kaylee has been participating with a fun group of girls at school in something called Academic Festival. They form teams and compete in a kind of quiz bowl during lunch. Their team WON!!!! The funny thing was that this group of smart girls beat every competitor and yet spelled their team name WRONG! They were the Feisty Kittens instead of the Fiesty Kittens... I am so proud of her for being brave enough to try, smarter enough to win and humble enough never to brag. Now her name hangs on one of the banners of the school - quite the coveted honor.
